OBJECTIVE UNIQUE WINTER Hiking and biking

Unusual phenomenon in the ravines of the National Park Czech Switzerland icefalls are forming on steep rocks, and overhang. The emergence of ice formations of different colors and shades in such a low altitude in combination with a sandstone base proves the uniqueness of the microclimate of the site. In the heat of summer when most of rock creating a pleasant shade and winter ice can admire the creations of nature named as a curtain, Bethlehem, large ice column, an organ, castle treasure, the great ice wall, cave fairies, and many others.

Icefalls is created at the end of the cold winters with snow cover in February and March, when there is a gradual defrosting snow.
